!!! HELP US BEAT LEUKAEMIA IN OUR COMMUNITY !!!

Cancer & Leukaemia affects one third of the population every year. Thankfully through recent research and medical advances the number of individuals that successfully beat this terrible disease has increased dramatically.

Unfortunately an individual that is close to GNG Football Club has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. Rik Basra is now required to undergo intense chemotherapy as well as a bone marrow transplant. Unfortunately Rik has no siblings so he will require a stem cell donor , a search of the registered donor database is currently in process, however we had been advised that there is significantly fewer donors on the register from the Asian Sub – Continent.

As a football club, GNG Football Club we have increased access to the Asian Community, due to this fact we are holding a recruiting campaign to increase the number of Asian Donors on the register. Please take a minute to read Rik's story and have a look at the register process.
